ATS-friendly CV templates

An applicant tracking system is a database with a CV parser attached. It pulls your name, contact details, employers, dates and education into fields, and it does that most reliably when the document is one column, uses ordinary section headings, and contains real text rather than an image of text.

Every template below meets those conditions. They are not stripped-back or ugly — colour, rules and typography all parse fine. What they avoid is the two-column layout that can interleave your job titles with your skills list, and contact details buried in a page header where some parsers never look.
