What matters in this role

  • Permit status if you are not Swiss or EU/EFTA. One line, near the personal details, saves a round of questions.
  • Budget and team size on every project. Swiss project roles are scoped by numbers and a reader looks for them.
  • Language levels per language, stated as A1–C2. In a multilingual market this determines which teams you can lead.
  • Certifications with the issuing body and the year — IPMA, PMP, SAFe, Hermes. Hermes matters for public-sector work.

Common mistakes

  • German spelling. Switzerland writes ss, never ß — “Strasse”, “gemäss”, “grösste”.

  • Vague scope: “verantwortlich für die Digitalisierung” without a budget, a team or a date.
