  • The summary is there and is about the right length
  • At least one role is listed
  • Every role has bullet points
  • At least a third of the bullets contain a number
  • Education is filled in
  • Between one and fifteen skills are listed
  • Every role has a start date
  • The CV fits on two pages or fewer
